Creating a more sustainable beauty industry
Our founder Madeleine is an Advisory Board Member of The British Beauty Council's Sustainable Beauty Coalition.
She regularly meets with other industry leaders to help accelerate the sustainability efforts in the beauty industry and to work with government representatives to support the race to net zero campaign.

This means looking at the packaging they use, ingredients they formulate with and how they function as a company.
Plastic-free and recyclable shipping
All of our online orders are sent using shipping boxes made from 62% recycled materials, paper padding and plastic-free tape - all of which are 100% recyclable.
Our sustainably designed Royal Arcade store
Our Royal Arcade store has been designed to be as sustainable as possible. From our natural cork floor to our bespoke shelving made from dieback ash and centre island crafted from recycled plastic bottles, each element was thoughtfully chosen.
