Shipping & Returns
We currently provide shipping to all addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
All orders are sent via Royal Mail from our dispatch centre in Norfolk, England. Postage costs £3.99 OR is complimentary on orders £100.00 and over, with an aim to be delivered within 1 - 3 business days.
Please note ‘business days’ exclude weekends and public holidays. Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as holidays, may impact delivery times. Our delivery aims also assume that items are not held in customs.

- Full tracking of your item from despatch to delivery
- Email/SMS notification on delivery
- Safe Place Option – (photos/descriptions taken when item is left)
- Confirmation of item being left with neighbour including person’s name and house name/number
- 2 Hour Delivery Window - notifications sent to you the day before delivery (only available in some areas)
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless an item is faulty, incorrectly shipped or you experience an adverse reaction to a product. Please contact us immediately if you receive the incorrect or faulty goods at email@example.com. This policy conforms with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
