Join acclaimed make-up artist Louise Young for an evening of vintage make-up.

The evening will consist of an overview of Louise's career, a demonstration on how to create an authentic 1960s' look worn by so many icons (and equally wearable now), and an exclusive look at Louise's private vintage make-up collection.

With a hugely successful career that spans some 40 years across film, television, fashion, theatre and special effects make-up, a best selling book and a range of brushes that are trusted by make-up artists worldwide, Louise Young is a true virtuoso.

Meet Louise Young

Louise Young's career as a make up artist has spanned for nearly 40 years. She has worked in all areas of the business, from film and television to fashion, theatre and special effects.

In 2006 she launched her own range of professional make-up brushes. Each brush is handmade and assembled in the UK using traditional methods and top quality vegan hair, and can be found of film sets across the globe.

In 2017, Louise's debut book, Timeless: A Century of Iconic Looks, was published. Enlisting the help of friend and Academy Award nominee Loulia Sheppard, the pair wanted to create a beauty bible for the golden ages of style that was accurate, practical and beautiful.

Between them, Louise and Loulia have provided make-up and hair styling for stars such as Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightley and Salma Hayek, and on films including Victoria and Abdul, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Pride and Prejudice, Florence Foster Jenkins, Anna Karenina and The Duchess, among many others.

The event will take place in person at the JUNI & CO store (4 The Royal Arcade, Norwich, NR2 1NQ). Please get in touch if access is an issue.
