Inform & Illuminate Facial™

Louise has worked with photodynamic therapy (LED light therapy) for over 20 years & chooses to work with the Dermalux systems in-house.

For the Inform & Illuminate Facial™ Louise uses the Flex MD - the gold standard of professional, portable LED phototherapy powered by unique Dermalux technology.

Light Emitting Diode (LED) phototherapy is a non-invasive treatment that targets specific non-thermal light to energise cells which triggers a cascade of bio-stimulatory responses. It is scientifically proven for a wide range of indications including skin rejuvenation, acne, and pigmentation to wound healing, psoriasis and pain relief.

Please note that LED light therapy is not suitable during pregnancy or for those with epilepsy or light-induced sensitivity. You can, however, still benefit from the treatment without the light and it will be tailored accordingly.

After conducting an expert analysis to ensure your skin health needs are catered for, the facial will start with deep cleansing & exfoliation before exposure to LED light therapy. Louise will then perform sculpting massage, mask application and appropriate serums and hydration, along with further expert guidance regarding your skin care concerns.

Louise Thomas-Minns is founder of the Louise Thomas Skin Care brand and treatment philosophy. She has over 25 years' experience as an aesthetician and skin health specialist, product developer, podcast host and business consultant. During the early stages of her career she trained for a vocational qualification as well as the internationally-recognised CIDESCO diploma.

The treatment costs £99.00 and will last approximately 1 hour.

Your bespoke treatment will be delivered in comfortable, private surroundings in JUNI & CO's first-floor studio. (Please get in touch if access is an issue.)

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of the session cost. All services cancelled or rescheduled on the same day of your appointment, or missed without noticed, will be charged at 100% of session cost.
